I wasn't 100% sure that I wanted to start the blog up again, but like most things in my life I trusted that the answer would come to me. This morning I felt a renewed sense of interest and desire to share about all the changes that have taken place over the last year and are currently flipping my world upside down (but in a good way, I hope).
1. I spent the past two years teaching World History in a Virginia high school. It proved to be a very interesting life experience, but I think I learned A LOT and matured both personally and professionally. At least that's the story I'm telling myself at this point. Trust me when I say I could fill several blog posts with all the challenges I faced teaching a new subject at a new school in a different state . . . and I totally plan to : )
3. Just kidding - I have no idea what I'm getting myself into because I'm 23 weeks pregnant with our second son!!! This one might be the most shocking if you're solely a blog reader (and therefore missing out on my personal thoughts for the past year or so) because I always wrote about how much I enjoyed/planned to continue enjoying having ONLY one child. Never say never . . . I guess. We're very excited about 'lil brudder, and you can count on many more posts about this new adventure for our family.
I hope you stay tuned for what's to come . . .
